Coming from Hinton / I-64
Take Sandstone exit 139 to rte 20 South to Pipestem State Park. You will come through Hinton. Once you pass the main entrance to Pipestem State Park, you need to start watching as shortly afterward you will see a sign to your right, mentioning Pipestem Place and the Retreat at Pipestem. About 1000 feet after this sign you will see a house on your right next to the road. (This is the only house close to the road between the park and Pipestem Place) About 100 feet after this house, there is a road on your right, Anam Cara Way (street sign). Please take this street and after about 700 feet, you will see the two cabins.

Coming from Princeton / I-77
Take Athens exit 14 to Rte 20 and go North to Pipestem State Park. (Signs Pipestem State Park) Follow route 20 till you are almost at the park entrance. Watch for a 8 feet x 12 feet sign on your left, indicating Pipestem Place and the Retreat at Pipestem. Turn left immediately after this sign into a gravel drive, street sign is Anam Cara Way which will lead you to the cabins. As it is easy to miss, you might want to drive on to the park entrance, turn around and follow the directions as if you are coming from Hinton.
