Our rates include:
- 6% sales tax

Our rates do not include:
- Cleaning fee ($75/Whitetail. $65/Robin)
- Pet fee (in case you bring a pet) ($35)
- Refundable security deposit
- During the summer season, cabins are rented for two night minimums
EXTRA FEES
- A refundable $150 security deposit is required and is refunded after check-out within two weeks after the determination of no damage.
- Cancellation fees – Fully refundable 2 weeks in advance, 50% refundable up to 1 week in advance, non-refundable after that.
- The Whitetail accommodates 5 with a sleeper sofa, extra guests beyond 5 are $20 per person per stay.
- The Robin accommodates 4, extra guests are $15 per person per stay, but you must bring your own air mattress/bedding.
- Pet fee is $35. The Whitetail and the Robin are pet-friendly.
PAYMENTS
- 100% payment including the cleaning fee and security deposit due on booking.
- Credit cards are accepted through our link to PayPal and are secure (you do not need a PayPal account to pay, your credit card will be accepted).
DISCOUNTS
- For rentals of more than one week, we offer a discount. Please call to inquire.
- Returning guests will receive a 5% discount off the rental price.
MISCELLANEOUS
- Check-in time 4 p.m. Check-out time 11 a.m. Please inquire about early or late check-out times. Additional fees may be required.
